Congregations are quickly realizing their leaders are suffering from ontological lightness. That is, their pastors are spiritual lightweights. Spiritual lightweights…that’s a pretty heavy indictment.
I will damage my kids. I know that. I’m a fallen mess that will hurt them and neglect them. Some day they will have a conversation with their spouse about the ways I messed up their life and how they will choose to do things different.
